Serves 4
Ingredients 3 cups Milk
1 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 cup (depending on taste) Baileys (Baileys or Baileys Chocolate Luxe)
Method:
Add Milk, Cream and Chocolate Chips to a pot and bring to boil on medium heat. Whisk continuously to combine melted chocolate chips and thicken the mixture.
Remove from heat once boiled.
Whisk in Baileys.
Pour and serve.
You can add whipped cream on top for that extra decadence too.
