Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons Chia Seed

2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup

1/2 cup milk of choice

3 tablespoons yoghurt


Toppings (of choice)

Fresh fruit

Nuts

Coconut

Choc chips


Method

1. Mix base ingredients altogether in a jar or bowl

2. Place in jar or airtight container

3. Fridge overnight

4. Next morning, add topping of choice

5. Serve and enjoy
